latebarfansite says: "Legal Action" is based on " Another Brick in the Wall (Part 2)" by Pink Floyd, and refers to a period in the mid 80's when egomaniac bass player Roger Waters left the band, assuming it would all fall apart without him. When the remaining members then went on to record an new album together, Waters went to the High Court to try to get an injunction to prevent them doing anything under the name "Pink Floyd" without his consent! Aw! Diddums!
